T-Day minus 8

This is an interesting idea...I haven't checked out the folks to see if they really use the $ the way they say they will. But wouldn't it be cool if everyone who has taken to the streets to protest this war, deducted $10.40 from their income taxes and donated it to fund conflict resolution programs?
