Just what about those Geneva Convention articles relative to the treatment of prisoners of war?

We sure our selective in our outrage, aren't we? Or why wouldn't this photograph represent a violation just a tad more serious than the infamous Al Jazeera TV footage of American POWs?

Also, a friend brought up an interesting question. Exactly who is violating the convention? The U.S. soldiers and officers in charge of the prisoners? The photographer? The photographer's employers? The news agency posting the photo. Everyone? No one?
