Errant bomb? Or deliberate strike?

Woke up this morning to news that the Palestine Hotel in Baghdad, temporary home to many foreign journalists and peace activists, has been hit, allegedly by an American tank shell. I hope Jon Lee Anderson of The New Yorker, any team members from Iraq Peace Team, and many others whose posts I've been following are alright. More later...
